How do I receive my purchase?
Everything is digital and instant. After payment you'll receive a download link by email and in your Shopify account. No waiting, no shipping — it's yours the moment you check out.
What format are the files in?
All resources are delivered as PDFs. They're designed to be read on any device — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.
Do I need special software?
No. Any device can open a PDF. On a phone, use your default Files app, Adobe Acrobat (free) or iBooks. On desktop, any browser or PDF reader works fine.
Can I read them offline?
Yes. Once downloaded, your resources are yours to keep and read offline, any time, without needing an internet connection.
Who are these resources for?
For people with ADHD, autism or AuDHD — whether you're newly diagnosed, still figuring things out, or just looking for better ways to navigate daily life. Also genuinely useful for partners, parents and professionals supporting someone neurodivergent.
Are these evidence-based?
The resources are written with current understanding of ADHD and autism in mind, focused on what's practical and actually helpful. They're not clinical tools or therapy replacements — they're accessible, real-world support.
What's the difference between a guide, workbook and toolkit?
Guides explain and help you understand. Workbooks give you prompts and space to work through things at your own pace. Toolkits are collections of practical strategies you can apply immediately.
Can I share my purchase with others?
Each purchase is for personal use. Please don't share the files — it makes it harder for us to keep creating new resources. If you want to give someone a resource, gifting is always welcome.
Are there bundles available?
Yes. The ADHD Bundle, Autism Bundle, AuDHD Bundle and Complete Bundle all bring multiple resources together at a lower price than buying individually. If you want everything, the Complete Bundle is the best value.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed. If you have a technical issue with your order, email support@audhdfeed.com and we'll do everything we can to help.
I didn't receive my download link. What do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, log in to your account on our store to find your order, or email support@audhdfeed.com with your order number and we'll sort it right away.
